"Insurance renewal notification came in the mail, I called to ask some information regarding one of the policies and received no return phone call. I had previously used State Farm for many years but when I relocated to TN the office I chose was not very efficient and neglected a few important deals, which lead me to Farm Bureau. I specifically chose the Jeff White - State Farm Insurance office due to the longevity of that specific branch. Called for a quote and ended the conversation by moving all of my policies. Key to me is/was customer service and I give them an A+. He took the time to answer every and all questions I had and gave me the utmost confidence in their ability for great service. BTW the cost difference was significant!"
